Die mit Spannung erwartete zweite Season von ''Sex and the City'' ist endlich da, und das frivole Spiel kann weitergehen: Die vier New Yorker Single Frauen haben nämlich noch immer nicht den idealen Mann gefunden. Doch sie setzen ihre Suche mit unverminderter Energie und dem gesamten weiblichen Waffenarsenal fort... Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) erlebt neue erotische Achterbahnfahrten mit Mr. Big (Chris Noth), und Samantha (Kim Catrall) sammelt in der großstädtischen Wildbahn ziemlich unterschiedliche Männer: ein reicher alter Mann, eine Drag Queen, ein Sportler und ein Mann, der ein ganzes Stück zu gut gebaut ist.
